Jingle Paws operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you, the customer, with a carefully curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Jingle Paws is powered by Shopify Inc., Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd., or Shopify International Limited (depending on where Jingle Paws is located), which enables us to provide you with the Services.

Jingle Paws reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Your order will not be accepted until Jingle Paws confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please carefully review your order before submitting it, as Jingle Paws may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted.

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including shipping carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, supply shortages, utility or telecommunications outages, cybersecurity incidents, government actions, or similar events.

Our Services, including, without limitation, all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, are owned by Jingle Paws, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and abroad.
Jingle Paws also manages and owns the product listings.
The purchase or delivery of any product does not grant or confer any intellectual property rights, including any patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, in or to the product, its design, software, or underlying technology. All such rights belong exclusively to Jingle Paws or the original rights holder.

However, any sale or purchase you make in our store is conducted directly with Jingle Paws.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Jingle Paws, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from products and services purchased.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with Jingle Paws.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to bring claims before your local courts or to rely on mandatory laws applicable in your place of residence.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms of Service in English and the Terms of Service available in another language, the most recent English version of the Terms of Service will prevail.
